BSc. Katerina Kostadinova has extensive experience in food production and technology. She was a key member of the team that designed and executed the Seal of Quality program. Due to her expertise and experience in food quality and safety systems, she provides GMP/GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC, BRC, IFS related consulting services to several food processors.
In addition, she is ISO 14001 lead auditor and member of the IPA found expert group. Through this extensive experience, she became very familiar with all aspects of EU requirements and legislation concerning food quality and safety. Jointly with the Government of North Macedonia and World Bank project, she played an important role as an expert in the design and execution of the public awareness campaign for food safety.
